Darrel Bow, Founder of Article II VCP is a US Marine veteran and retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer who has been involved in election integrity for the past four years. Virginia lacks an organization that holds our legislators accountable when they pass laws that violate the Virginia Constitution that governs our elections.

Article II VCP mission is to ensure that when laws are violating the constitution that we attempt to address these egregious violations with the legislators and should they fail to amend the code, our mission is to address the violation in court.
