After the November 2020 elections, we took on the task to understand every aspect of the elections in Virginia. From canvassing precincts, to evaluating and fully researching the process, the procedures and method of voting as detailed in the Virginia Code, Administrative code and the Virginia Constitution. Our review identified several state laws in the Virginia code that violate the Virginia Constitution, such as same day registration, the qualified voter, the absentee voting, the mail in ballot without excuse and the secret count.

We’ve attempted to search for a non profit group of attorney’s to assist us in our endeavors to challenge the election laws, however most of the non profits only address the cleaning of the voter rolls.

Article II VCP will take on the task that most others will not, we will challenge election laws that have breached our contract- the Constitution of Virginia.

Casting a vote is the framework of our republic to choose our representatives in a self governing nation. The people need transparency in the process to ensure confidence that they have a voice.

And when the General Assembly fail to comply with the Articles of the Constitution that gives them the authority to establish laws in the administration of our elections, Article II VCP stands ready to challenge the violations in court.
