Article II VCP, founded by Darrel Bow — a U.S. Marine veteran and retired federal law enforcement officer — works to protect Virginia elections by holding legislators accountable to the Virginia Constitution. After an extensive review of Virginia’s election laws following the 2020 elections, we identified multiple provisions that violate the Constitution. We first engage legislators to correct these violations. When they fail to act, we challenge them in court. We honor our oaths by ensuring legislators honor theirs and invite Virginians who value constitutional integrity to join us in this effort.
